Because many products are made specifically after an order is placed:

  • Print placement may have minor variations.
  • Product sizing may vary slightly by manufacturer.
  • We make every effort to accurately display products, but cannot guarantee colors will appear exactly the same on every device.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing mistakes

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

  • limit quantities purchased

If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued for any canceled order.

Payment must be received before production begins.

Because our products are made to order:

  • Production typically takes 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping time depends on the destination and shipping service selected.
  • During holidays or peak seasons, production may take longer.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

Because products are custom made after purchase, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect size ordered
  • buyer's remorse
  • color preference
  • accidental orders

If your item arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • misprinted

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

  • product descriptions
  • photographs
  • artwork

is the property of The Milam Collective unless otherwise stated.
